“High expectations are the key to everything.”
– Sam Walton, Founder of Wal-Mart
Tailored Management is proud to be an industry leader that works alongside the premier companies across the nation, hiring top talent for their roles. For many years, Tailored Management’s contractors have performed at the top of their class and found success in more ways than they initially expected.
Moving forward, Tailored Management will recognize several contractors that have gone above and beyond in their roles each quarter and present them with a reward for their dedication to their company and their role. The qualifications are as follows:
1. Must be a Tailored Management employee for at least 45 days.
2. Must be recommended by a recruiter at Tailored Management.
From this list of nominations, we will contact the direct managers of our nominations to gain a second point of view on the work that has been performed over the last several months. Once all of this information has been gathered, we will select 2 employees to be awarded a $500 recognition bonus!
Once our quarterly winners have been selected, Tailored Management representatives will deliver the bonus check either in person or through the mail. We will announce the winners through our blog and through our social media pages.
Tailored Management has worked hard to ensure the success of our contractors and clients. This program is just another way that we are looking to reward our employees who have far exceeded expectations.
Whether you are an employee of Tailored Management or not, ask yourself this question: Are you able to look at the work you’ve done over the past several months and claim that you’ve excelled in every facet of your role? Then take another look at Sam Walton’s quote above – have you exceeded your employer’s expectations?
We hope that this award will encourage you to excel in responsibilities and achieve more in your career. Not only will doing this make you an invaluable employee – from our perspective, going above and beyond should also be rewarded.
