Brad Beach is the founder, President, and CEO of Tailored Management, an international staffing, recruiting, and outsourcing company specializing in providing services to some of the best-known Fortune 500 companies in the world. 

 Over the years, Tailored Management has experienced tremendous growth which resulted in the receipt of awards such as Columbus Fast 50, Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies in America, Inc. Best Places to Work, one of Central Ohio’s largest privately held companies, and multiple supplier awards from clients across the nation. The organization grew from a garage office to today surpassing the $100 million yearly revenue mark, with about 200 employees in its Centralized Recruiting Hub headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, and over 2,000 contractors on billing located across the country on client sites. 

 

In addition to Tailored Management, Brad has engaged in multiple real estate development initiatives and is on the verge of launching a revolutionary crowd-sourcing social media endeavor that was developed with consultation from some of the largest companies in America.
